We welcome guests to our stylish and modern Bed & Breakfast located on the quiet tree-lined Sophia Street, Glenholme. We are just minutes away to everything you need for a wonderful stay in Rotorua:

We advise staying with us for a minimum of three nights so you get to spend time and experience this truly amazing city.

Rotorua

Rotorua is the heart of New Zealand's thermal area and has lots of attractions to suit everyone. There is plenty to see and do from Māori culture, thermal wonders, world renowned spas, adventure activities and more! You will be able to see volcanic landscapes, mud pools, geysers, forests, lakes and Kiwi birds. Exeperience a Maori cultural show followed by a traditional Hangi (food cooked in the ground), or try whitewater rafting, Zorbing, or ziplining!

A visit to Hobbiton, Taupo or Tauranga is only an hour away making Rotorua a great place to base yourself.

If you don't have a car, the local bus station is close by and some of the tourism attractions will pick you up direct from our B&B.
